Join us at the Vernon & District Performing Arts Centre for the screening of sn̓kłca̓ʔsqáx̌aʔ tkłmílxʷ – "HORSE WOMAN" on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7.00 PM in the Marie Fleming Studio.
Produced with support from Telus Storyhive, this half-hour documentary follows Sienna Belanger-Lee, a 22-year-old Indigenous woman, as she finds deeper meaning with wild horses while facing a forest fire. Narrated by Mariel Belanger and Sienna Belanger-Lee, it highlights the importance of family, culture, and land.
