Tickets are non-refundable.
However, if an event changes dates or cancels we handle refunds in the following ways.
Refund and Credit Information
Unfortunately shows sometimes end up being cancelled. When a show is cancelled you have the right to a full refund for the tickets you have purchased. The Staff of the Ticket Seller endeavours to make the process as easy as possible.
REFUNDS FROM CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
If you have purchased your tickets using a credit card we will call you (using the phone number you have given when setting up your account) and give you the option of a refund directly to your credit card or a credit pass that may be used for future purchases. You will not be required to come in to arrange your refund.
REFUNDS FROM DEBIT CARD PURCHASES:
If you have purchased your tickets using a Debit card, we will call you (using the phone number you have given when setting up your account) and give you the option of a credit pass that may be used for future purchases, or a credit on your debit card. You will not be required to come in to the Ticket Seller if you chose a credit pass, however If you prefer to receive your refund as a credit to your debit card, you will need to come to the Box Office with your tickets so that we are able to process your refund.
REFUNDS FROM CASH PURCHASES:
If you have purchased your tickets using cash, we will call you (using the phone number you have given when setting up your account) and give you the option of a credit pass that may be used for future purchases, or a cash refund. You will not be required to come in to the Ticket Seller if you chose a credit pass, however If you prefer to receive your refund in cash, you will need to come to the Box Office with your tickets so that we are able to process your refund.
